Contract conditions

1. The customer is obliged to pay all services according to the valid Eunet price list.
2. The customer has agreed to limit EUnet services to himself and his personnel.
3. The customer is obliged to use the EUnetZs services and infrastructure only in a lawful way. The customer is liable for the use of his connection to Internet CZ and third parties.
4. Reselling of Eunet services is permitted only in the scope included in the contract with Internet CZ.
5. Internet CZ is not responsible for damage caused by using EUnet services.
6. The customer recognizes that Internet CZ does not take liability for the contents or use of the services by third parties, despite accesibility by the Eunet infrastructure.
7. Bills are to be paid within 14 days from the date of issue. The customer pays a non-refundable lump sum which is an advanced payment for services used during the following month. In case of payment delays, the service provider has the right to demand the full payment plus an additional surcharge of 0.1% of the amount due for each day of delay, beginning with the first day of the month following the month in which the amount was due.
8. Two months notice is required for termination, and the minimum subscription time is two months. (See the Eunet price list.)
9. Internet CZ will announce any change of cost at least two months in advance.
10. Internet CZ has the right to block the customerZs connection (without compensation) if one or more of the conditions stated above are not met, until the conditions of the contract are reestablished.
