Responsive Time Logger Version 2 is a Windows 95/Windows NT Time and Billing application (it runs fine under Windows 3.1 also). It has expense tracking, accounts receivable, flexible import/export and over 50 other new user-requested features. Because it stores all information in standard dBase files, you can access the data directly with other applications (even Microsoft Excel)!
