The exhibition is organisationally concluded and
will take place at any case.

Excellent - outstanding propagation of the hotels itself, Internet services at the hotels and of all the main computer partners. The exhibition's time covers two greatest actions of the Brno fairs: machinery fair and Invex-Computer. Thousands leading persons from companies of Brno, Czech republic and all over the world will get acquianted with the services of those, who take part in this action. From the forms, filled by the hotel guests a very good information database as for contact persons, addresses and branches of interest for all the hotels as well as main computer partners will arise.
Internet services, especially hotel connection of guests in
their rooms,
but also computers, notebooks, modems, Internet access, WWW presentations,
Internet press ... will be offered to the hotel guests. One of
the purposes is to find exactly relations of hotel guests to Internet,
their special needs and wishes of Internet services.
Organisation of the exhibition
Since September 16 till October 31 1996 excelent showing Internet workplaces will be installed at the receptions of five Brno hotels. These workplaces will be available to hotel guests. The guests will be invited to try to find the most interesting informations from Internet. Hotel personnell will be schooled so as lead the hotel guests thru Internet and to give answers to the guests questions. In the time of the machinery and computer fair held in Brno, computer specialist from the main partner companies will be available, to answer speciasalised questions, too.
The home page of the Internet showplaces will be the common page, which You have seen before. Links to the home pages of the hotels as well as of the main computer partners can be found directly on this home page. Links to other partners are to be found under the word "partners" in the home page table.
Every guest of the hotels in this time will become a common offer and a return form. The guests will become these materials either directly at the reception on their arrival or at the rooms. On the common offer all the hotels and main partners will be presented. The return form will look like the common offer, but there will be question boxes on it. The guests will be friendly asked to fill the question boxes with their answers as for their interests in the services of the hotels, of Internet and of main partners. The question part for name of company and address will be included and the guests will be friendlz asked to fill this part of form, too. At the end of the action the copies of all those return forms will be available to all the hotels as well as all the main computer partners of this action. They all will be asked not to give these forms to the third people, companies or organisations.
All the hotels as well as the main computer partners give their
goods and services available. The action itself is for all the
parties free of charge but also free of direct gain. They will
not pay anything but they will get no direct money from the action.
The exception may be the WWW pages and WWW links providing to
the partners and hotel guests, possibly within 24 hours.
The price for this service is 2500 Czech crowns (100 $ U.S., 140
DM). Here the hotel gets 25 percent of this money, the Czech information
system 75 percent of this money.
From this the Czech information system covers the costs of getting
the listings from the hotels, inputting texts and photos into
the computer, linking pages into category lists and exhibiting
of pages for 1 year.
Hotels:
Give available good places at the receptions or information
points or very near them for the computers. They give available
one phone line for Internet connection and they will cover the
taxes for phone calls during the Internet connections. They will
use their insurence (possible damages towards third persons) to
guarantee the security of computers, modems and software. They
give available their personnell to answer internet questions of
the guests.

Give 5 Compaq computers: Pentium 100, 16Mbyte memory, 1Gbyte
disk,
15 inch monitor, serial connection card.

Give 8 modems US Robotics Sportster 28.8.
Cesnet
Give 5 commute but exclusive of the showplaces to Internet.
Give available the CVIS school centre on Kounicova 67a, Brno
for 3 three hour meetings of hotel directors, personal and sponsors
of the action.

for every guest of the hotels in the exhibition's time

Give propagation of the exhibition, especially before and
during of the machinery and Invex-Computer fair.
Meeting
Meeting of directors and computer experts of the hotels with main partners takes place on Tuesday September 4, at 9-12 o'clock at the school centre. Address of the centre is Rectorat of the Technical University, Kounicova 67a, Brno. Entrance to the building is from the terasse towards the three skyscrapers on Sumavska street. Opening
The celebrate opening of the Internet Hotel 96 exhibition takes
place on Friday, September 13th, at 9 o'clock
in representative places of the Interhotel Voronez, Krizkovskeho
47, Brno.
Expected number of guests: 35.

Installation
The computers and software will be installed in all the hotels
on Monday, September 9.
The following week the personnell of the hotels will be schooled
by the computer specialists of the hotels and Internet will be
tested.
Conclusion
The official conclusion of the action will be on Thursday,
October 31 at 16 o'clock.
The computers, modems, software and connections will be removed
on Friday, November 1st, 9 - 12 o'clock.
Conclusion meeting
The conclusion meating takes place on Friday, November
the 1st, at 13 o'clock
in representative places of the hotel Voronez Brno, Krizkovskeho
47, Brno.
The hotels as well as main computer partners will share their
experiences.
The return forms of all the guests from the exhibition period
will be copied and given to the representatives of the hotels
and main computer partners.
