EUROTEL INTRODUCES THE UNIQUE ADVANTAGEOUS PROGRAM FOR ITS CUSTOMERS - PROGRAM Benefit

On the 12th of January 1999 EuroTel announced a new program called Benefit which will reward its customers with free EuroTel minutes, free phones, and even free holiday travel.

Benefit is the first program of its kind in the Czech Republic. Once again, this innovation is exclusive to EuroTel.

What is Benefit ?
Free rewards and advantages from EuroTel and other leading Czech and international companies. EuroTel is providing Benefit for free to its GSM Global and T!P customers.

How do you get Benefit ?
EuroTel customers are enrolled automatically if they make at least 150 minutes of calls in a 3 – month period. Customers receive points at enrollment and every sixth month. Best of all customers receive one point for each 30 CzK spent on EuroTel service.

Every quarter, all program participants will receive a personalized statement detailing the number of points they have acquired. Depending on the total points available, customers can select rewards immediately or later, when they collect higher amount of points to choose higher value advantages.

What can EuroTel customers get out of Benefit ?
Within the framework of EuroTel Rewards, the points you gain can be traded, for example, for free-of-charge calling time, and even a new handset! Another category - Travel Rewards - offers trips with Čedok and British Airways, tickets for international railways, lodging with the Marriot hotel chain, weekend adventure trips, or Benzina gas station vouchers. And finally - the Spare Time Rewards include concert and theatre tickets by TicketPro, MCs , CDs and videos released by Bonton, sports equipment, including squash vouchers, or perhaps dinner in a selected restaurant. The choice of reward is based on a customer´s preference and number of available points.

”I am familiar with many rewards programs around the world – this one is among the most exiting. EuroTel customers are in for a big surprise” said Steve Maselko, Marketing Director of Marriott.

Following EuroTel´s latest advertising theme ”More out of life”, we would therefore like to provide our customers not only with high quality and reliable and attractively priced products and services, but also with a new principle, taking the form of various rewards and benefits which can be used in private life, while travelling, and during one's spare time. All EuroTel mobile phone owners can become members of this exclusive club and enjoy all the interesting and attractive advantages. We estimate that up to 70 percent of EuroTel customers will join the Benefit program" added Iva Taťounová.

In preparing the Benefit program, EuroTel drew on the experience of many foreign partners, chiefly telecommunication companies in the United States of America. To ensure the program, EuroTel cooperates with a number of other partners: renowned domestic and foreign companies, whose products or services can be selected by program participants.
