Call Forwarding
Use this service if you want incoming calls to your mobile phone to be forwarded to a different phone number. This may be a EuroTel mobile phone number or a normal phone number anywhere within the Czech Republic.
You may divert a call to any phone number in the Czech Republic (for example, your secretary, your home, etc.)

Immediate forwarding - All incoming calls are immediately and unconditionally forwarded to a selected number. Your mobile phone will not even ring.
Conditional forwarding - Forwarding if the phone is busy (you are talking); forwarding if the call is not accepted (if you do not accept the call within 30 seconds); forwarding if the phone is unavailable (incoming calls are forwarded if the phone is off or if you are out of the signal’s reach.)


Conference Call
As the name of the service implies, EuroTel enables you to arrange a real "conference" using your mobile phone. You may connect up to 5 additional participants for a discussion both from the EuroTel network and the normal phone network just by pressing a key on the phone. Everyone may talk as if sitting at one table. The conference call provides the possibility to agree quickly on matters which would consume a great deal more time during a normal "one-to-one" phone call.


Incoming Call Signalling
You may leave the incoming call signalling on continually. This will help you especially if you are expecting several important phone calls at the same time and you do not want to miss any of them. During your phone call you will be – thanks to the incoming call signalling service – informed about other incoming calls by a low ringing. At that moment you may select from the following options:

you do not react to the new call
you end the first call and connect with the other caller
you switch to the new call but you put the original one on hold (see Call Holding)
you connect the callers together in a Conference call
