Advantages of establishing direct debit with a limit

* You use a modern and efficient form of cashless payment.
* You have control and complete information on expenditures for the use of your mobile telephone.
* You have the option to set a limit with EuroTel Praha ensuring that an amount higher than the set limit cannot be deducted from your bank account.
* You do not have to worry about paying the bills for your mobile telephone.
* You avoid the disconnection of your mobile telephone due to failure to pay bills.
* You save time and money.

Conditions for payment by direct debit from an account:

* If you have more telephones on one account (one customer code) with EuroTel Praha, direct debit payment applies for all telephones.
* In the event of insufficient funds in your bank account, you are not relieved of the obligation to pay the bills for EuroTel Praha services.

Limit-setting procedure:

* You set the direct debit limit with EuroTel Praha on the "Application for introduction of payment by direct debit from account".
* The minimum limit is 2000 CZK for each of your EuroTel Praha customer codes. The limit must be set in hundreds of crowns.
* If the amount for the operation of your telephone for one billing period exceeds the limit you set, you will receive a bill with the note: "Contractual limit exceeded - bill was not paid". In such a case the amount billed for the given billing period will not be deducted from your bank account and the bill must be fully paid via bank transfer or money order.
* It is possible to change the direct debit limit based on a written application sent to the Customer Service Department.

Instructions for establishing direct debit payment with a limit:

* You will make your bank account accessible for unlimited direct debit or direct debit with a limit the same as or higher than the limit you set with EuroTel Praha.
* You will ask your bank for "Confirmation on opening an account for direct debit payment" in favour of the EuroTel Praha account.
* You will send the completed application and confirmation from the bank via mail or fax to the Customer Service Department.

Other information about direct debit:

* The invoice for the billing period in which you apply for the introduction of direct debit will be paid by direct debit if the application is delivered to EuroTel Praha at least 7 business days prior to the end of the given billing period.
* The method of paying bills via direct debit also makes it possible to settle advance payments required by EuroTel Praha according to the applicable price list of services.
* Bills paid via direct debit bear the note "Do not pay, paid via direct debit".
* If you receive a regular bill for mobile telephone operation without this note, it means that payment via direct debit will be introduced for you in the next billing period (in this case pay the bill via money order or bank transfer).
* If the number of your bank account for payment via direct debit changes, announce this change in writing to EuroTel Praha at least 7 business days before the end of the billing period along with delivering a new "Confirmation on opening an account for direct debit payment" from your bank.
* Payment for provided services via direct debit from your account does not prejudice your right to complain about a bill if you have any objections concerning its amount.
* EuroTel Praha must be notified of any cancellation of payment via direct debit from the account at least 7 business days before the end of the billing period for which payment is to be done for the last time. Your payment method will then automatically change to payment via money order which will be enclosed with your bill. At your request, this payment method can be changed to bank transfer.
