Services program – The package you have chosen includes calling costs and a monthly fee—the regularly billed bulk payment for the respective services program. If your mobile phone is used only part of the month (activation during the course of the month or disconnection over the holidays), a proportional amount of the monthly fee will be charged.

Free minutes – are minutes free of charge, guaranteeing free domestic calls. As for international calls, the domestic call rate is charged during the calling time. Free minutes are applied to all outgoing calls from the beginning of the charging period, unless the calls are free. The number of free minutes does not apply to the operation of data and fax services within the EuroTel GSM Global network and NetCall 55 service.

In-state rate – the rate for outgoing calls from a mobile telephone in the EuroTel Praha network made to any location in the Czech Republic, including all connection fees to the SPT TELECOM´s fixed network, to the ”Mobile Internet,” to the EuroTel Praha network, and to the Paegas network.

International rate – is the in-state rate increased by the international surcharge

Time intervals – calls are billed depending on the time interval in which your call:
peak : week days 08:00 - 20:00 o’clock
non-peak: week days 20:00 - 08:00 o’clock, weekends and state holidays

Roaming – a service which enables you to use your mobile phone and EuroTel Praha services on the road and abroad. EuroTel Praha has a roaming agreement contracted in all countries where a local operator provides the mobile phone service. Use of services in foreign operator networks is billed dependent on the prices of those operators.

Voice mail, PRAKTIK – is activated upon closure of a contract and enables the caller to leave a voice message for the party being called. If the voice mail or PRAKTIK are not used for 3 months, they are automatically deactivated. You may request the EuroTel Praha Customer Service Department to reactivate the service.
