The "Barring of Outgoing Calls" service enables the blocking of your mobile telephone against abuse. According to your needs, you have the option to set up the "Barring of Outgoing International Calls" service or the "Barring of All Outgoing Calls" service.

The "Barring of Outgoing International Calls" service prohibits calling abroad from your mobile telephone. If the service is activated, you will hear the announcement: "your line is not authorised for dialling this code" when calling abroad. Activation of this service has not influence on incoming calls. If you want to call abroad from your telephone again, you can deactivate the service as per the below-stated instructions. After activating the "Barring of All Outgoing Calls" service, your telephone is blocked for all outgoing calls except for emergency numbers. If the service is activated, you will hear the announcement "your line is not authorised for dialling this code" when any calls are made from your telephone. The activation of this service has no influence on incoming calls. If you want to call from your telephone again, you can deactivate the service according to the below-stated instructions. Activation of both services for barring outgoing calls is identical.
