Voice Mail Services

Basic Information

There are three types of voice mail: Praktik    Universal   PROfessional

If you want your voice mail to work, you must activate call forwarding.

The parameters of each voice mail setting can be expanded with the HOLIDAY service.

The pre-set security code is  9999.

The number of your mailbox is 601 XXX XXX (XXX XXX is the six-digit number of your telephone).

All new EuroTel Praha customers have Praktik voice mail automatically activated. If you want to use a different type, you just have to choose it upon the purchase of EuroTel services or contact the Customer Service Department. If you want to change the type of voice mail, your personal setting (security code, personal greeting, etc.) remain unchanged.
