Internet Service Providers (ISPs) authorized to distribute the Microsoft Internet Explorer software must have a fully executed ISP license before using the Microsoft Internet Explorer logo on packaging, in advertising, or on Internet sites. ISPs must also comply with the Microsoft Internet Explorer Logo Usage Guidelines as prescribed by Microsoft from time to time and must sign up to use the Microsoft Internet Explorer Logo by using the Logo Program Sign-Up Form at this site.
