GO Service
GO gives you absolute freedom when using a mobile phone. The core of this service is a GO card that is used as a chargeable telephone card for mobile telephones of the EuroTel GSM Global network. The greatest advantages of this service are fast purchase and the possibility of starting to use the phone immediately.

Advantages of the GO service

You can dispense with written contracts, bills, monthly fees

You can check your credit easily free of charge on the display of your phone

You can send short text messages, GO SMS

With a GO Star set you can send GO SMS with pictures – GO Smajlíci

You can activate your GO card yourself immediately

You can charge your GO card simply with a GO voucher

After charging, the validity of the GO voucher is 18 months when you make at least one outgoing call each three months

You can charge your GO card as many times as you want

With GO you can call all around the world and you can also use your own GO voice mail

If you already have a mobile phone that works with the GO card, you can only buy the basic GO package, i.e. GO card with a GO voucher, which you can purchase in the EuroTel Praha, spol. s r.o. distribution network. You can also buy a GO HIT set, which contains a GSM Siemens C10 mobile phone (that can only be used in the EuroTel GSM Global network), or a GO FUN set, which contains a GSM Alcatel OneTouch Max mobile phone (that can only be used in the EuroTel GSM Global network) in different colours: blue, orange and light grey. You can also buy a GO Star set with the Philips Savvy GSM mobile telephone (that can only be used in the EuroTel GSM Global network) in black and yellow colours, or GO Styl set with the Ericsson GF 768 GSM mobile telephone (that can only be used in the EuroTel GSM Global network) in red, blue, green or yellow colour.

The prices are stated in CZK per 1 minute and include all interconnection fees to the SPT TELECOM, a.s. fixed network and 5 % VAT. Each started period of 30 seconds after the call is connected is charged for when calling in the Czech Republic.

The prices are stated in CZK per 1 minute and include all interconnection fees to the SPT TELECOM, a.s. fixed network and 5 % VAT. Each started period of 15 seconds after the call is connected is charged for when calling abroad.

GO SMS
All existing GO customers have had the GO SMS service activated automatically, all new customers have it automatically available to them. Only GO customers have constant control over the amounts spent for sending SMS messages. The new GO Star set allows sending GO messages together with pictures – GO Smajlíci.
While making use of the GO SMS service you will still be able to keep track of your credit. There are four ways how to update charging of sent GO SMS and credit balance on your GO card at the same time:

1.	Anytime after sent GO SMS you can call GO line *88 a send the request to update charging of sent GO SMS. You will receive a short text message with the charged amount afterwards and credit balance on your GO card will be updated as well.
2.	You will receive a short text message with the charged amount of sent GO SMS always after ten sent GO SMS and your credit will be updated at the same time.
3.	You will receive a short text message with the charged amount of sent GO SMS once a week if you have sent less then ten GO SMS.
4.	You will receive a short text message with the charged amount right after sending a GO SMS if your credit balance is 15 CZK or lower.

Transfer to another EuroTel GSM Global service program is possible after an activation fee of 995,- CZK (excluding VAT) is paid in case of active GO service, i.e. the time from the last charging of the card does not exceed 18 months and at least one ouutgoing call is made each three months. The new 18 month period applies to all GO customers (for existing customers the period is extended from 6 to 18 months).
The phone number stays the same and unused credit is automatically transferred to the selected service program.
